How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Howevergonna Tree Service to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Howevergonna Tree Service went
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work on your property went wrong, start with the provider. Raise it with them directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Know our limits, though. Howevergonna Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@howevergonna.living and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean we contact the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
